We recommend scheduling a consultation for new clients or those pursuing something new or transformative. It's a chance to talk through your hair history, your goals and what you're looking for so we can make sure we're starting in the right place.

Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that life happens. Plans change, things come up, and sometimes you need to reschedule — we get it.

At the same time, as a small business, our stylists’ time is valuable. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you and we turn away other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

Our cancellation policy helps us respect everyone’s time — yours, our stylists’, and the clients hoping to get in. We appreciate your understanding.

24-Hour Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. We'll send you a confirmation via email or text.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service fee. This helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients fairly.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service price. We value your time and appreciate your understanding as we do our best to accommodate everyone.
